Refund & Replacement Policy

At MK TRADING, we do not offer refunds.
We only offer replacement if the product you received is damaged, defective, or not working.

Replacement Terms:

You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Only products with manufacturing defects or courier damage are eligible for replacement.

Free items (if any) are not covered under guarantee, warranty, or replacement.

How to Request a Replacement:

Email us at support@mktradingindia.com with clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product.

Once approved, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

If you face difficulty installing parts (such as opening bolts), please visit a 2-wheeler workshop.

Guards and accessories are designed to fit without damaging scooter parts, but are not covered under any breakage warranty.

Our company does not offer open box delivery. If you face any issues, please accept the parcel, record an unboxing video, and share it with us. Our team will review the video and provide a replacement if necessary. Please note, we do not offer refunds only replacements

Our technical team will inspect all returns before confirming a replacement.
